I made some minor changes and discovered a few things.  For starters  recipient.SetRoutingOverride(overridedomain.Value); is obsolete in VS2010 with .NET 3.5 (latest).  The code still works, and now each message doesn't appear twice in the event log.

Next since I need the ability to have several hundred (thousand) domain names as a FROM Address, couldn't rely solely on Transport rules so I created a secondary lookup method called GetFromAD().

GetFromAD just a test to see if I am able to read from ActiveDirectory and route accordingly.   I'm using some pretty random fields, and was wondering where you think I should best store these domains?

I was going to do something clever with Hub Transport Remote Domains, however I can't find where they are stored in ADSIEdit, and don't want to invoke powershell just to get this info.
